Summary: Photoprints of rough, pencil sketches of southern Arizona in the 1860s including Antelope Peak, Aravaipa Pass on the San Pedro River, Castle Dome City, Gila River at Grinnell's Ranch, the landing at La Paz, Gila City, Sacaton, a camp in the San Pedro District, Johnson's furnace on the Colorado River, a steamship on the Colorado River, Canada del Oro, the distribution of Indian goods at Fort Yuma, and Pascual, head chief of the Yumas. There is also one sketch of the cemetery and headquarters of the Plaza Militar, Tucson, showing the U.S. flag.
